Following delivery the locomotive went to the PKP depot in Kepno, and moved around Poland before withdrawal in Jarocin at the beginning of 1988 before being plinthed on a platform in Gniezno. In 2004 moved to the workshop area in the former engine house and in 2011 was moved to the closed PKP Jarocin depot (now Muzeum Parowozownia, Jarocin), Jarocin, Greater Poland

Loco has moved to JAROCIN, belongs to a preservation group in the former PKP depot, under repair in August 2015.
