TKt48-72 was delivered to Bielsko Biala and spent most of its working life in Eastern Poland before being deployed to Zielona Góra in 1972. followed by Kepnon in 1974 and from where it was withdrawn two decades later. In 2000 it was transported to Gniezno and, in 2013, to Jarocin. However, in 2015, it went to the Museum of Industry and Railways in Silesia, ul. Sienkiewicza 19, 58-200 Dzierzoniów, Lower Silesia
