This locomotive was produced for interrnediary, William Suermondt for Zuckerfabrik Amsee (Janikowo) a company based in a small town to the west of Inowroclaw. It was from here that, along with another locomotive (TKh-5), it was taken over a century later to Warszawa-Odolany depot. In 1981 it was displayed outside Warszaw Siekierki heat and power plant and it was not until 2013 it went to the (soon to be moved and demolished) Stacja Muzeum. ul. This loco is now at the Natuonal Railway Museum in Warsaw

In 2013 the locomotive was transferred to Railway Museum in Warsaw.
