In addition to previous notes, the locomotive was originally built by Henschel & Sohn as No. 24847/1940 and delivered new to the HF as No. 24033 that year, i.e. PRIOR to being rebuilt with a new chassis in Chrzanow.

T49-116 was first delivered to the Heeres Feldbahn as number 24033. After WWII it joined the PKP at Jedrzejów as No. T2-64. in early 1950 it first went to the PPRK as 22847 (its boiler number) and later back to the factory in Chrzanów where it had major repairs, including a new chassis, afterwards back to the PKP at Zwierzyniec as No. T1-30. It was given its current identity in 1963 at Znin and in Spring 1973 went on display in the grounds of the grounds of the former Friedrich Lead and Silver Mine, at the Open Air Museum of Steam Machines (Skansen Maszyn Parowych), Szczesc Boze 81, 42-600 Tarnowskie Góry, Silesia
