It is believed that this locomotive worked at Cukrownia Znin as No. 5 and later by its boiler number 8344, certainly from 1965; although it may firstly have been employed at construction company, PRK of Wroclaw. It was withdrawn in 1979 and displayed (as a 0-4-0T+T) at the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum, Branch of the Palucka Region Museum in Znin, Wenecja near Znin, 88-410 Gasawa, Kuravia-Pomerania
