Px48-3916 was delivered to Wloclawek and moved, sucessively, to Sompolno, Nasielsk, Rogów, Sochaczew and Mlawa before being converted from 750mm (as No. Px48-1722) to 1000mm at ZNTK Nowy Sacz in 1976. Since then it has worked at Bialogard Wask and Gryfice, where it stayed until 2019 when it then moved to Lokomotywownia Kolei Grójeckiej at Piaseczno awaiting repairs (formerly the Grójecka Commuter Railway) now The Society of Narrow Gauge Railways in Piaseczno-Grójec (GTKW) ul. Sienkiewicza 14, 05-500 Piaseczno, Masovia

Px48-3916 (Chrzanow 2022/1950) has moved from Gryfice to PKW Piaseczynsko-Grójeckie Towarzystwo Kolei Waskotorowej, Henryka Sienkiewicza 14, 05-500 Piaseczno,where it is on hire until 2030. Some repair are required to return it to working order.
