The locomotive was first delivered in 750mm gauge as No. Px48-1779 to Jedrzejów and spent time on several railwaysuntil going to ZNTK Nowy Sacz in 1971 for conversion to metre gauge. Thereafter it went to Gryfice and several orther now-closed lines until reaching Koszalin in 1975, 1982 and finally 1986 before it was put on display outside Szczecinek PKP Cargo depot, Pilska 1, 78-400 Szczecinek, West Pomerania
