Huta Zelaza, Starachowicach No. 10 (Is also bearing the build number). It is now displayed at KWRRB, ul. Dworcowa 37, 95-063 Rogów-Wies, Lódz

Px48-1911 spent several years at Warszawa Stalowa along with Rogów and Mlawa in later years, After a visit to ZNTK Nowy Sacz in 1983, it soldiered on until 1992 and was to be found at Karczmiska in 1994. It reached Rogów in 1998 where it is now displayed at KWRRB, ul. Dworcowa 37, 95-063 Rogów-Wies, Lódz
