This was an early member of the class, first delivered to Rzeszów soon after the following New Year. It saw work at Tarnów, Deblin and Rozwadów before Gniezno in 1984; Zagan in 1988 and, finally, Wolsztyn in 1993. In the past couple of decades it has been back and forth to ZNTK Gneizno, between working regular services and before the latters final closure, for repairs, now taken on by Leszno depot, the most recent being in 2012 when it was returned and is now regarded as a wreck at the PKP (now Cargo) depot, ul. Fabryczna 1, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland.
