This locomotive was delivered to Warszawa Zachodnia before moving to Warszawa Odolany, Lódz Kaliska and Zbaszynek in successive years. It was at Poznan Glowny Osobowa in 1958 and, five years later in Leszno where it spent a decade between here and Ostrów Wlkp. From the middle of 1979 to the ealy 1990s it spent time at Krzyz Wlkp. (where photographed in 1992) and in 1994 it went to Choszczno, only to be withdrawn in 1998. It was moved to Wolszytn in 2001 then, in 2010, taken to Leszno for external renovation where it remains as a wreck at PKP Cargo depot, ul. Zacisze, 64-100 Leszno, Greater Poland.
