This locomotive had a relatively short history after delivery to Kutno, as it only apparently also worked from Lódz Kaliska, Sierpc and Elk before being withdrawn in 1993 and moved to the (soon to be moved and demolished) Stacja Muzeum. ul. Towarowa 1, 00-811 Warszawa, Masovia
