Ol49-15 was delivered direct to the PKP depot at Czestochowa in May 1952 and during the next twenty years from Kutno, Elk and Bialystok respectively before returning to Elk for its last two decades, and from where it was withdrawn in 1970 before being transported to a type of museum in 1990 at Krzeszowice before going, in 2008, to Pyskowice where it is now on display at Skansen TOZK Pyskowice, Piaskowa 1, 44-120 Pyskowice, Silesia, Poland
