TKp-6041 was delivered to Chemical Plant "Siarkopol", Tarnobrzeg now in Subcarpathia, as their No. 5. In 1967 it was at the Tarnobrzeg Sulphur Plant. In 1978 it was working for a company in Rzeszow before being sold to KWK Powstanców Slaskich in Bytom. In the 1990s it joined a private company and stood on the property at the Zabrze Pólnoc railway station before, three decades later, being moved to Interlok, Pila for renovation. It has been, since 2015, at Muzeum Przemyslu i Kolejnictwa na Slasku, ul. Towarowa 4, 58-140 Jaworzyna Slaska, Lower Silesia
