A war baby, delivered to the Wirsitzer Kreisbahn (formerly Wyrzyskie County Railways) as their No. 28. It went to the PKP as No Tx4-502 in 1945 and in 1949 was at Bialosliwie. It worked at Bilgoraj from 1959 and was back at Bialosliwie in 1960 from where it became its current identity No. Tx6-502. It was withdrawn from service at the end of 1979 and given to the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum, Branch of the Palucka Region Museum in Znin, Wenecja near Znin, 88-410 Gasawa, Kuravia-Pomerania
