The locomotive entered service with the Kujawskie Koleje Waskotorowe as their No. PKP-A 822 ,followed by No. D-1613 before sequestrated by the DRB in 1939 as No 99 1597. It was restored to the PKP in 1947 as No. Tx23-558 at Myszyniec; then in 1954 at Mlawa and Biala Podlaskaas as No. Tx4-558 in 1963 converted to 750mm gauge as No. Tx4-1318. In 1968 it was again rebuilt and sent back to Myszyniec as No. Tx4.564 and was at Bialosliwie in late 1973 before reaching Znin in 1974, and being withdrawn from service a decade later and presented to the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum, Branch of the Palucka Region Museum in Znin, Wenecja near Znin, 88-410 Gasawa, Kuravia-Pomerania
