The locomotive was first delivered to the Pinczowskie Koleje Dojazdowe (PKD) as their No. 1003 and before WWII became PKP-A No. D-1306. It must have then been sequestrated by the DRB as No. 99 1588, returning to the PKP in 1949 as No. PKP Tx3-422 where it served at Bialosliwie, Bogoria, Jedrzejów and Zwierzyniec before reaching Znin in 1961 where it was again re-numbered, on this occasion to No. Tx26-422. It was withdrawn from service in 1978 and given to the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum, Branch of the Palucka Region Museum in Znin, Wenecja near Znin, 88-410 Gasawa, Kuravia-Pomerania
