This locomotive was first delivered to the German Transport troops, Hanau am Main as No.302. predecessor to the Heeresfeldbahn. Following WWI it joined the PKP and their No. D2-402 and in 1937 was working for the Gnieznienska Kolej Powiatowa as their No. 6. After WWII in 1949 it was at Kujawskie Koleje Dojazdowe as No.Tx1-355 and during 1956 it was at Bialosliwie, being re-numbered again from 1961 as No. Tx2-355. The locomotive was withdrawn from service in 1972 and given to the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum, Branch of the Palucka Region Museum in Znin. In 2016 it went for renovation in Jaworzyna Slaska from where it was plinthed outside the former Wroclaw KD Station, Plac Stanislawa Staszica, 50-221 Wroclaw, Lower Silesia
