Ty45-149 arrived at Warszawa Praga and spent most of its years in eastern Poland until arriving at Kluczbork in 1985 and, from where it was withdrawn, three years later. Since 1995 it has been displayed outside Kluczbork Railway Station, Dworcowa, 46-200 Kluczbork, Opole
