Nothing appears to be known of this locomotive prior to 1945 when it worked for ZKL Zagnansk; ZKL Kielce in 1954; ZKL Zagnansk again in 1958 and ZKL Czarna Bialostocka in 1968. It was withdrawn in 1972 though received repairs (1990) before a test drive and delivery to the Kolej Lesna Hajnówka (Hajnowka Forest Railway), ul. Dzielnicowa 12, 17-200 Hajnówka, Podlaskie

However, During the reconstruction of the locomotive in 1990, the chassis was most likely used from the Tx 1124. This is suggested by the unusual front coupler. The boiler was taken from a Tx 207 and was given a wrong designation for such a complex locomotive. The 'real' Tx 1112 was probably cut for scrap before or its frame is still in Czarna Bialostocka and is described as coming from the Tx 207. This is difficult to verify due to the lack of visible markings on the chassis components.
