Dale W Fickés reports:

Tr5-65 (Stn 5312) began life as KPEV: Stettin 5312 and became DRB No. 55 5607. However, after reconstruction at RAW Schneidemühl, Pila in January 1938 it became No. 56 511 and came into possession of the PKP in 1945. It was withdrawn from service at Wroclaw Gadów in May 1972 and taken to Tarnowskie Góry (1974); Lazy (1980) and eventually Jaworzyna Slaska in 1990. In 1993 it was transported to ZNTK Pila for renovation and returned the following year when re-instated by the PKP. It arrived at Wolsztyn in May 2002; required repairs in 2010 when it was taken to Leszno depot, not returning to its now home depot at Wolsztyn until 2012. Currently under repair (again) in the semi-roundhouse at ul. Factory 1, Wolsztyn, Greater Poland
