Tr12-25 (56.3522) entered service as PKP-A: 2085 and, from 1925, as Tr12-58 but was commissioned into the DRB 1941- 1945. After WWII it ran on the ÖBB returning to the PKP in 1948. It was withdrawn in 1966 at Kraków Plaszów), then had a stop in Przemysl and Miasteczko Slaskie before, in 1973, being displayed at the Railway Museum in Warszaw. It was returned to service in 1993 following major renovation and is now based at Chabowka, again awaiting repairs, at the Skansen Taboru Kolejowego, 34-720 Chabówka, Lesser Poland
