TKi3-137 (91-719) was produced by Union-Gießerei, L & S, Königsberg (now part of Russia) for the KPEV and first delivered to Danzig (now Gdansk) as their No. 7383. From 1925 it became PKP-A - TKi3-228 and, after 1941 DRB No. 91 719. It was designated for the PKP in 1945, presumably in its current identity, but in 1950 was to be found at Cukrownia (Sugar Plant) Przeworsk from where if was officially withdrawn but in 1972 it was at Cukrownia Rejowiec. It was not until 1992 that it found a new home at the Polish Association of Railway Enthusiasts, where it is on display at ul. Lowicka 1, 96-100 Skierniewice, Lódz
