TKh-5380, although officially constructed in 1956, did not receive its boiler (No. 17637) from the Sosnowiec Boiler Construction Works until 1959. It was then delivered to Huta Mala Panew in the summer of that year and where it worked all its life until being sent to Pyskowice where it is now on display at the Skansen TOZK, Piaskowa 1, 44-120 Pyskowice, Silesia

The visible damage to the locomotive occurred when snow collapsed the roof of the roundhouse in which the locomotive was stored.
