This locomotive spent much of its time, if not all, at Kepno, where it was first delivered between February 1956 and April 1992, when it was withdrawn, having not run since October 1991. In November 1999 it was placed on display outside Kepno Railway Station, where it stood until the end of 2017 when it was taken to Swarzedz and a few months later was put on display in Rataje Park, 61-253 Poznan, Greater Poland.
