This locomotive was delivered from the factory to Opole where it spent a couple of years before moving to Nysa and, a year later to the far south in Walbrzych. During 1963 it was at both Warszawa Wschodnia and Odolany depots before shortly moving on to Siedlce where it stayed until the end of 1977, when it was placed in the Reserve at Fosowskie. It was put back in service at Zagórz in 1984, where it worked until,being withdrawn five years later and stayed at the depot on display. In 2020 it was moved to a new location, in the square outside the Railway Station in Polandplac Obronców Wezla Zagórskiego, 38-540 Zagórz, Subcarpathia
