This locomotive first went to Sedziszów and spent most of its short working life here, apart from a very short break at Skarzysko Kamienna in 1955. It was withdrawn from service, again at Sedziszów and is now representing this class at the (soon to be moved and demolished) Stacja Muzeum. ul. Towarowa 1, 00-811 Warszawa, Masovia
