Delivered to Zbaszynek from the factory, this locomotive never strayed far from its home depot, until it reached Chelm in 1960 and before returning to Gniezno in 1984 and eventually, Wolsztyn in 1989 where it ran until 1999 and was withdrawn here in 2000. It is now part of the line-up between station and depot, off Dworcowa 6, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland.
