Originally delivered to the DRG as Kriegslok No. 52 3535, after a short service with the succeeding SBZ it was sequestrated by the USSR for the SŽD in early 1947 as No. TE-3535, at which time it MAY have changed gauge. However, in early 1962 it was acquired by the MÁV, becoming No. 520.030, for work in Hungary and started privatised working from the ‘reserve’ of Agfalva, close to the border with Austria, in 1976 for the Raab-Ödenburg-Evenfurther Eisenbahn (RÖEE) before being set down alongside the main line in Fertöboz, opposite the station.
