Equally this could be, or was Henschel & Sohn 19237/1922 that was built to 600mm gauge ? Difficult to establish without an image!

The gauge, as built, is/was 1067mm supplied by San Carlos to Union Bamaria, Santiago de Guayaquil, Guayas, Ecuador. The locomotive was reported to be still extant here in 1993.
