Several sources state that this locomotive was built by Baldwin.

The "Countess of Dufferin" is presently located in the Winnipeg Railway Museum at VIA Rail's Union Station in Winnipeg.  Not in a park as noted on the details page.

The building date of the locomotive was February 2, 1872.
