Previously precured by Naamlooze Vennootschap of Dutch East Indies Co., Rotterdam for PG Tersana Baru, Java as their "NT 12". and only later became/acquired by the Madukismo Sugar Mill and was, in 1993, being used for tourist trains on the plantation.
