Another note: original driver diameter was 27", but during rebuilding, it was necessary to turn them(after having been severely worn) down to 25.8". my email address is aswright@pasty.com

The locomotive 36" narrow gauge, weighs 30,000lbs, and current boiler pressure is 100psi, yeilding a tractive effort of 3736lbs. #3 is now running on the Lake Linden & Torch Lake RR. (the line is being completed) She was restored between 1998 and 2003. Adam S. Wright (a student at Michigan Tech at the time) headed the mechanical aspect of the restoration while Richard (Dick) Taylor head the financial aspect. They were helped by many people in moving the engine and by the Calumet Machine of Calumet, MI which is where the restoration took place.

For his senior project, Adam designed a tender to carry coal and more water for the locomotive.
