This is believed to actually be No. 715 (rather than No. 716 which is no longer extant). It was delivered to the same company at Baurn, from Borsig as 14596/1935, later becoming FC Andino No. 715. In 1953 it became ENFE No. L13-019, working until 1974 and was still at Uyuni, at least in part, in 2010.
