EFE 211 is Rogers #4955/1893 and was in Quinta Normal museum recently, but it is a 4-6-0 tender engine. EFE 221 is Dubs #2746/1891 and is an 0-6-0T, one of 7 built for FC Parcocha in Spain. They went bust after 4 were delivered (3 now preserved) and the remaining 3 were sold to EFE as 219-221 (2 survive). Check out www.railwaysofthefarsouth.co.uk Chile locos section 1.2.1.

This entry seems a bit mixed up, the photograph is of EFE 211 which is located in the Quinta Normal Park. The loco in the childrens playground at the Palestino Club is an 0-6-0 with no markings on it, i have a photo if anyone requires it.
