This loco is a 0-4-2BT (Back Tank) not a 0-4-2RT (Rack Tank)

This locomotive appears to be an 0-4-2RT, Forney-style engine built by Baldwin Locomotive Works, in the USA, in the late 1870's or early 1880's.  I would guess that the gauge would be between 24" (600mm) and 36" (914mm).  Can anyone provide additional details about gauge, fuel, construction number, build date, etc?
