The location is Instituto Pedagogico Nacional in Usaquen, Bogota. The photo shows FC Antioquia 2-8-2 62 (Baldwin 71587), while this is FC Centrales 2-8-2 62 ex Cundinamarca 226 ex 26 (Tubize 2399).
