This locomotive burned coal, has a driver diameter of 72.83 inches, weight on drivers is 88 tonnes, a boiler pressure of 15 kgf/cm2, 2 670 mm × 770 mm (26.38 in × 30.31 in) cylinders, and it weighs 133 tonnes overall.

I actually have to make a change to my previous note mentioned earlier. According to a book I picked up at a Museum on a recent vacation, this engine was removed from the pedestal as a person who runs a steam excursion program traded another engine for it, with the plans of returning it to steam.

They did a modified, streamlined version of the IS that could do 110mph apparently.

I know about this class of locomotive. It was a class of locomotive made between the 30s and 40s and named in honor of Joseph Stalin. Even after all of the Soviet Union was De-Stalinized, these engines continued to keep their name boards in honor of him. This particular engine is the only engine of the class to survive. It is displayed, actually, in order to commemorate Joseph Stalin himself.
