Delivered to the DR for Harz workings as No. 99 241, later becoming No. 99 7241-5 by 1979. DB inherited the railway in late 1992 upon German re-unification and gave it the EDP number of 099 151-3 but shortly after the railway was bought by Harz GmbH, and numbered all steam locomotives into one of their previous DR identities.
