Originally delivered to the DR Ifeld-Schönbrunn line as No. 99 235 that shunted over to the Harz lines in 1973, later as No. 99 7235-7. When DB took over it became EDP No. 099 145-9 but in February 1993 became privatised HSB GmbH, reverting to a former DR identity.
