Originally delivered to the KPEV as Basle No. 5582, before in 1925, becoming DRG No. 58 1616 though to 1945, then in the same identity with DR, later computerised as No. 58 1616-0 until it was withdrawn from active service in 1970, though used as a Stationary Boiler, Departmental No. 107 at Bw Röblingen, eventually being taken to Hermeskeil in 1991.
