The actual construction number is 26296/1941 NOT 26276. In 1959 it was first renumbered as 50 3559 prior to computerisation in 1970. In 1988 this was the last steam locomotive to be worked in service by the DR. It was stored in 1990 and withdrawn the following year. It then went plinthed to the Bistro Ville Express in its latter guise. In 09/2016 it went to D&D Eisenbahngesellschaft mbH, Hagenow-Land, later tranferred to Benndorf for refurbishment at MaLoWa Bahnwerkstatt GmbH, where it still was in 2019.

2-10-0 No. 50 3559-7 (Henschel & Sohn, Kassel 26276/1942 - 50 1486) as noted outside Bw Halberstadt in July 1991. The construction number from an alternative source differs slightly from that in the file. However, it was actually built as No. 50 1486 and rebuilt on May 1959, then assuming its current identity. Between 1991 and 2016 is was preserved by Dr. Hans-H. Winand at his Ville Extpress restaurant in Erftstadt - Liblar, in the southern outskirts of Köln, from where it has now been sold to other enthusiasts and removed.
