Delivered to the DRB during the scond year of WW2 as No. 50 955, it survived hostilities to be taken during 1949, into DR dervice in the same identity but later renumbered as 50 1955-9. It was withdrawn from active service in 1982 and used as a stationary boiler in Agriculture! It went to the BEM in 1991, possibly intended for re-build, but in 1994 the frames went for display in Simbach am Inn on the Austrian border.
