Owner: SDG - Sächsische Dampfeisenbahn Gesellschaft mbH. The locomotive has been in scheduled operation on the SDG - Lößnitzgrundbahn since 2014. In autumn 2020, the locomotive was safely parked in the locomotive shed in Radeburg after the deadline and is awaiting the due inspection. The locomotive has been parked outdoors in Radebeul-Ost since March 2021.

Delivered directly to DR as No. 99 789, later becoming 99 1789-9 and, upon German unification with DB as EDP No. 099 753-6, working on several Sachsen lines.

DB No. 099.753 a 2-10-2T at Freital-Hainsberg, Sachsen on 28 April 2000.Please note the ex DR no of this loco is as carried, 99.1789, not 99.1785 which is BD 099.749.

You will note the loco shown is numbered 99.1789, not 99.1785. When German railways (DB(West) and DR (East))were combined after unification to become the expanded DB no. 99.1785 became DB no. 099.753. 99.1785 became 099.749. The correct loco is therfore pictured.
