Could this be Hannomag 1945/1887 ? that was Georgsmarienhuetten Railway No. 9, originally built to 900mm gauge and converted by Kloeckner in 1919 to 830mm when given boiler No. 245. Around 1965 it was at Heat Museum Stahmer, Georgsmarienhuetten, Sachsen-Anhalt as No. 9,

The Auto-und-Motorradmuseum where this locomotive is located is closed, and some sources report that it has been abandoned. It has a lot of interesting, and clearly derelict exhibits including a MiG-21 and an AeroCommander 500.
