The locomotive is considerably worn and needs a ground up overhaul with hopes it will come starting fall of 2020

I would like to correct myself on my comment I made last, or two years ago. This is not the actual henry Clay. This is the back-up to the Henry Clay. Also, this locomotive is "not" capable of running. It is in need of a new boiler. The Pioneer Tunnel wants to have one made for it and have it going within the next 3-4 years due to the fact that the actual Henry Clay is coming due for an ultrasound and flue replacement during that time. The actual Henry Clay has already had a new boiler around 1999-2000, around the time the back-up stopped running, and will be good to go for quite a while on that account. They also do not even run the engines up to their full operating pressure, for it is not needed on that line.

Engine is in theory capable of operation, but has not done so for almost 10 years.

The number on the engine (in the picture) doesn't match the number listed in the heading (119) but the construction number does.
