At Rose Grove shed, Burnley in the final days of British Railways steam operations on August 3rd 1968.

Running as LMS 8233 it passed through Heighington on 31st August 1975 in the Cavalcade of locomotives marking the 150th anniversary of the opening of the Stockton & Darlington Railway.

Outside Bridgnorth depot on 29 May 1989

The cab interior of this classic LMS freight loco - a type that lasted right up to the very last days of steam locos on British Railways.
