No 196 of the British Army's instructional Longmoor Railway was photographed on a DRC railtour at Longmoor Loop, Hampshire on 02 September 1967. It is shown in it's blue and red Army colour scheme.

On the Longmoor Military railway, Hampshire, the loco awaits rail tour passengers on 2nd September 1967.
