'Southwick' in the workshop at Ingrow on 28th July 2024. At first sight it may not look like a locomotive, but the side tanks are there and the cylinders, cab rear sheet and the big dumb buffers are clear.

An Unusual view of 'Southwick' as reassembly of the former Doxford shipyard crane tank loco continues, 21st March 2026. The boiler has yet to be completed, but it is not a normal boiler as it has the steam cylinder that raises the crane jib within it and supports the crane base as well. It will be great to see in in action!
