The photo shows Ex War Department No. 75091 (NCB no. 7) 'Robert', taking part in the 150th anniversary of the Rainhill Trials for the Liverpool & Manchester Railway, at Rainhill in Liverpool in May 1980. At the time the loco was still active at the nearby National Coal Board Bold Colliery.
