'Earl of Merioneth' displayed at Boston Lodge in September 2025. The 1970s style angular side tanks are unique to this locomotive.

'Earl of Merioneth' was displayed at Boston Lodge in September 2025. Here we see a close iup of the leading power bogie. Well, one of the power bogies, anyway. Since the Fairlies are double locomotives, each end is practically identical.
